An immigration document can hold far more than a name and a case number. It may contain details about your family, finances, health, or plans for the future. Choosing where to keep that information deserves careful thought.
At Immigration Pro360, we recognize how personal this journey can be. Respect means explaining what information we collect, how we use it, what limits we place on its use, and how you can make privacy requests. Our published Privacy Policy puts those commitments in writing.
Privacy starts with understanding what you share
You decide what immigration information and documents to enter into the platform. Depending on the features you use, that may include receipt numbers, case notes, important dates, or copies of documents you want to organize.
We also collect information needed to operate the service, such as account details, subscription information, technical activity, and communications with support. Our policy describes these categories and their purposes, including providing the dashboard, sending reminders, maintaining security, and meeting legal obligations.
If you help a family member, sponsor, or another person, their information deserves the same care. Before adding it, make sure you have the appropriate authority to store and manage it. A shared immigration journey can still involve individual privacy boundaries.
Clear limits on sensitive information
Our privacy commitments and data-use rules include specific limits:
- No sale of sensitive immigration records to data brokers. We do not sell personal immigration data or uploaded immigration documents to data brokers.
- Separate consent for AI training. We do not use uploaded immigration documents, case information, personal records, or sensitive immigration data to train artificial intelligence models unless you provide separate, express consent.
- No targeted advertising using sensitive immigration information. We do not use sensitive immigration information or uploaded documents for targeted advertising.
These commitments address particular uses of information. They do not mean the platform never processes data or uses outside service providers. Understanding those distinctions helps you make an informed choice.
Security is part of responsible handling
Privacy concerns how information is collected and used. Security concerns the safeguards that help protect it from unauthorized access or misuse. Both matter when your records are personal.
Our website’s privacy FAQ states that data is encrypted while stored and while being sent. In plain language, encryption helps protect information both when it is held in a system and when it travels between systems.
Our Security statement also explains that internal access is limited according to role and business need. Support staff should access uploaded documents only when necessary and authorized. The statement describes our approach to security incidents, including notifying affected users as required by applicable law.
No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our commitments should help you understand our approach without suggesting that any service can eliminate every risk.
Advertising and analytics are separate choices
You should be able to understand the difference between using an immigration tool and allowing advertising measurement.
Our Analytics and Advertising policy separates those choices. Advertising tools are activated only after advertising consent and are not loaded on signed-in app pages. We also treat a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as an advertising opt-out.
Product analytics follows a separate choice. In the United States, first-party product analytics may be collected by default with notice, and you can turn it off. In other regions, our policy says we ask first. The analytics events described in the policy do not include free-text answers, dates, document numbers, or uploaded documents.
You can review or change these choices through Settings → Privacy when signed in, or through Cookie preferences in the website footer.
When information may be shared
Running the platform involves providers for functions such as hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. Our policy identifies service providers and describes contractual requirements limiting their use of information to the services they provide.
It also explains other circumstances in which information may be disclosed, including legally required disclosures, sharing at your direction, and certain business transfers subject to the stated protections.
Read the How We Share Information section for the full details. A commitment not to sell sensitive records is different from a promise that information will never be disclosed.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion
Our privacy-request process lets you ask about the information we hold and request changes. Available requests include access, correction, data export, and deletion of an account or particular documents. Applicable rights can depend on where you live, and we may need to verify your identity.
To begin, contact support@immigrationpro360.com with your name, account email, and a description of your request. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive attachments; follow the verification instructions provided for your request.
Deletion is a process, not a promise of immediate removal from every system. Our Data Deletion policy explains active-system removal, limited backup retention, and exceptions for legal, billing, security, and other specified needs. Review those terms before deciding what to store or delete.
Small steps you can take today
Protect your account with a strong, unique password. Keep your email account and devices secure, log out on shared devices, and maintain your own backup copies of important immigration documents. If something appears suspicious, contact our support team promptly.
Before sharing another person’s information, pause and confirm that you have their permission or other appropriate authority. Respectful support includes giving people a say in how their personal story is handled.
